The feast continues! As one of the people who had the chance to partake of Tim Vidra's Easter menu, I have to tell you that this food was incredible. Looking at these photographs, I still taste the lemony ricotta and sweet spring peas, the thyme seasoned carrots, the perfectly roasted fingerling potatoes topped with a bright and creamy garlic aioli.
