With New Year's upon us, I always look forward to the feeling of a fresh start, goal setting and making new resolutions for 2014. The way we eat is definitely a popular goal along with luck, wealth and prosperity. Today's recipe rolls all of these ideas into a single New Year's day meal that's healthy and if you believe in traditions, black-eyed peas and collards are supposed to help with luck and prosperity.
