Since the brilliant autumn leaves have fallen from the trees, leaving us with a monochromatic winter landscape, it's fortunate timing that the gorgeous jewel tones of winter fruits and vegetables have arrived in our kitchens. Additionally, since I'd had a CSA all summer, I had practically forgotten greenhouse greens from Planet Earth Diversified. What a mistake!
